Placing an order

You can place an order by email, telephone or in person – however, for speed and accuracy we suggest you use our online order form. Simply choose something you have seen on our website, and outline your own size, material choice and colour, or contact us to have your very own piece made to measure just the way you want it.

The design & order process

The starting point is to establish your design. We work closely with you to collaborate on the design and work on design refinements until we have a design plan you are happy with (See Our Ethos for more info). Designs can be taken from anywhere in the market place including TV and magazines. You can supply your own design, we can work on one together or let us provide a design solution to your requirements. Once we’ve agreed your design and costing, we issue you a ‘Sales Order Acknowledgement’ and progress with build and finishing. All in all we aim for a 6-8 week turn around.

The contract is formed upon issue of your Sales Order Acknowledgement. Your Order goes into process as soon as the Sales Order Acknowledgement has been confirmed as Custom Made Goods, the process of allocating or ordering materials to create your Goods begins immediately. We ask you to choose carefully, match your colours where necessary and measure any areas you think may be a problem prior to placing your Order.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bacs transfer, or through paypal (please not there is a 3% charge for this facility)
